Keeley first attended our facility to take part in the structured 28 day inchloss programme we run. With only a month in mind at first, Keeley was so happy with her results she decided to stay on for a few more months. Keeley started to feel healthier, fitter and looks awesome. Keeley then decided to carry on attending our classes and making the small steps we advised, thus reaching the end result in her photos.

Richard - 12 week get lean package

Richard had goals to get lean for a holiday. We assessed Richard and built a 12 week nutrition and training programme.

Richard attended 3 weekly sessions for 12 week, we coached all his sessions and provided nutrtion coaching and support throughout. 

Richard contunued to work with us and is still working with us months later.
