No more unavailable times slots to when you book your Personal Training Sessions. We offer a booking system where you choose the days and times you want to exercise. Train 6 days a week, on the hour between 6am-11am and 5pm-8pm.
Have your own dedicated Nutriution Coach to help you develop your nutrition so it works for you.
A local facility in the heart of stocksbridge. Our expert coaches and loving members will guide and support you through your journey.
Every member gets a myzone belt with their personal training packages. Tracking calories, heart rate and exercise intensisty, it’s the regular motivation and inspiration you need to help you keep up the good work and get lasting results.

At your initial evaluation session we’ll find out your current stats, what your goals are and finish off with a simple movement assesment.
You’ll receive comprehensive nutrition advice to compliment your fitness programme and help you reach your goals faster.
Your first session is always a one-to-one where we assess your movement and flexibility.
One of our team will be on hand whenever you need them, to help you stay on track.
Depending on your needs, you’ll receive around three personal training sessions a week with one of our expert trainers.
Twice a week we run fundamentals class that helps you develop areas you need help with, we are constantly helping and developing all our clients for success.
You can compliment your personal training sessions with a range of HIIT classes, including Fundamentals, C3 Matrix, Movement, Boxing and Animals Club.

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.
Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.
You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that we arent for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.
You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.
